Our team have sharp sense to the local & international packaging market and know what the customers need. We research about the bags that are popular currently at market and design our bags according to research. We also help customers design their own logo and products
Production Team
Before starting production, we confirm every details of the bag with our sales department and will make a sample for confirmation before processing full order. Our QC will also check the products in the middle of the production. Our people have strong experience in Operating plant, Loom, Stitching, laminating and printing.
Quality Control Team
QC team checks the products extremely according to customers’ requirements such as the quantity, the printing effect, the way to seal top and bottom, the weight per bag, tension strength etc. Products are delivered only after the “go ahead” signal from QC team. We also welcome customers own QC team to test our bags.
Shipping Logistics
As we have been in this field over 40 years, we have our own transport as well as we have built good relationship with different truck agents and always could find the best and appropriate shipping way for you.
Our Profile
Our 3 different tapelines that includes 100 circular weaving machines can achieve 25 tons per day and we have production lines that includes lamination for PP & BOPP Bags with 2 lamination machines , our conversion line includes , One 8-colour roll to roll printing machines , Two 6-colour roll to roll printing machines , Two 4-colour roll to roll printing machines. We attain producing more than 20 tons of metalized BOPP Printings with help of Two 8-colour gravure printing machines that includes 1 combi-lamination machines. We reach 3 lakh bags per day with help of conversion line production that includes 12+ autocutting & stitching machines and we use advanced machinery for modern technology bags using Backseam machine for perfect moulding & PinchBottom machine for flatbottom bags
